How did I do this ? One too many glasses of wine, too much encouragement from grubby himself and dirty dancing and head-banging...........
Overweight,almost fifty and tiddly,I really should know better.
On an even stranger note,yesterday I came in from work to find a chicken eating a mouse and the cat indoors murdering a green bean he had filched from my veg basket.
That poor little brown heap in front of Sid used to be a mouse.........

Have you had it checked out by the Doctor.? sounds like you have either pulled muscles in your midriff or they are indeed cracked.
The Henny Panny looks really fit and healthy, but poor mouse, was it kitty's leftovers?
Nope,the hen caught and murdered it herself,it is at least her third killing,I am not going to doze off again in the garden while sunbathing,it may be fatal...

Chickens will eat just about anything,they are omnivorous like a dog but will hunt small game like a cat,so sparrows,mice,small rats etc better watch out.In truth out of my lot only Sid really goes in for hunting,but I am sure that has a lot to do with her being the only ex-battery hen who looks so good,Porsche and Whiskas still haven't re-grown all their feathers yet.
